Diablo de Uco 2003 Cabernet Sauvignon has an intense nose that reveals an abundance of herbaceous cabernet characteristics and a hint of oak. The palate has deep, expressive dark berry and spice character and the fruit envelops an elegant structure with firm tannins and excellent length. The Cabernet grapes were handpicked from our vineyard located at the base of the Andes in Mendoza, Argentina.
